NEW TO CLUB UNITE TRYOUTS?

Here’s What to Expect

While we call them “tryouts,” we like to think of the process as team placement. Our goal is to evaluate each athlete and determine the team and program that will provide the best fit for her development and season

1. REGISTER ONLINE

Complete your tryout registration online before arriving. You may be prompted to create a Crossbar account before registering your athlete. Your athlete can be registered through your parent account.

2. ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY

Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tryout time to allow plenty of time for check-in.

3. CHECK IN

During check-in, your athlete will:

Receive her tryout number

Have her photo taken

Pay the tryout fee, if it was not already paid online

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The tryout fee may be paid online in advance, or we accept cash and credit cards at check-in.

PLEASE NOTE: The tryout fee is a one-time fee for the entire tryout period. Athletes do not pay each time they attend a tryout session.

4. DO I HAVE TO ATTEND EVERY TRYOUT DATE?

No! We understand how busy families and athletes are. We provide multiple tryout dates to give families flexibility.

If your athlete is able to attend multiple sessions, we strongly encourage it. Multiple evaluations give our staff more opportunities to see your athlete and help us make the best possible team placement.

5. TRYOUTS ARE CLOSED TO SPECTATORS

We kindly ask parents, guardians, or family member/siblings to wait outside the gym during tryouts. While parents are welcome to watch Club Unite practices during the season, we keep the tryout environment closed to allow athletes to focus and our evaluators to complete the placement process.
