Welcome to Club Unite Volleyball – Celebrating 11 Seasons of Passion, Growth & Achievement
Club Unite hosted 39 travel teams during the 2026 season. For more than a decade, Club Unite has empowered young women through high-level volleyball training, a strong team culture, and a holistic approach to development both on and off the court.
Currently, Club Unite hosts a Knoxville Location and a Morristown Location.
Led by founders Melanie Morris and Shannon Mincey, Club Unite combines skill development, competitive opportunities, mental resilience, and meaningful life lessons to help athletes grow not only as volleyball players, but also as confident young women prepared for success in every arena
Whether an athlete simply plays for fun or sets their sights on a successful volleyball career, we provide the tools and support to help them thrive. From chasing a college career, going pro, coaching, or officiating, we help athletes reach their goals while fostering confidence, teamwork, and real-world readiness. At Club Unite, we don’t just build players—we build leaders.
This success is made possible not only by our founders but also by the dedicated directors and coaches who embody the Club Unite culture. Their expertise, mentorship, and passion have been instrumental in shaping athletes into leaders, both on the court and beyond. From serving as role models to leading peer and positional training, our coaches deliver the “extra” that sets Club Unite apart.
Beyond the game, we aim for our athletes to gain real-world insight, confidence, and life skills through their experience as a Club Unite athlete.
Club Unite remains deeply committed to open and meaningful communication with families, recognizing and valuing the significant investment parents and guardians make in their athletes and our organization. Through this partnership, our mission remains the same: to UNITE passion, skill, and character, preparing our athletes for success both on and off the court.
