Many athletes who play club volleyball dream of continuing their careers in college. At Club Unite, players with this goal are connected with a recruiting coordinator who will guide both the athlete and family through the process. Our coaching staff works as a team to support recruitment, providing resources and opportunities for athletes to be seen by college coaches.

While pursuing college volleyball is not mandatory, we’ve found that many players choose this path, and we are committed to giving them the best exposure and guidance possible. Because the recruiting journey looks different for every athlete, we remind families not to compare timelines or experiences.

We also expect our athletes to take ownership of the process. If a player wants to compete in college, they must be the ones communicating directly with college coaches—not their parents. This approach builds responsibility, confidence, and the essential communication skills recruiters want to see.
