Make sure you put 2455 East Pkwy into your GPS NOT PITTMAN CENTER. Drive around to the back of the school for your entrance. The gym is beautiful and has bleachers. Coaches can go straight there to check in.

150 Proffitt road Gatlinburg, TN 37738 is the address to use. The GP Junior High is within walking distance to RTSW. Please tell the parking staff you are with the Volleyball event so they do not charge you parking (Soccer is also going on and they do charge parking for that). GP Jr High has bleachers
Courts 1-12 ROCKY TOP SPORTS WORLD
Courts 1-12 are all under the same roof. The volleyball event does not charge parking however the soccer event does please make sure you let the event staff know you are with volleyball. We encourage you to have your snacks packed and take advantage of the F&B sold at the facility rather than try to leave during your wave. Parking will be crazy with two sporting events.
REGISTRATION
2024 event registration will open on September 1st, 2023. You must register through ADVANCEDEVENTSYSTEMS - this is a JVA EVENT.

Admissions Costs:
$15 on Saturday
$10 on Sunday
Weekend Passes will not be sold.
(12 & Under are Free)
Tickets may be purchased at the gate Saturday Morning with Cash or Credit Card. It is best to have exact cash ready to hand.
Coaches & Teams: Coaches must bring their own warm-up Volleyballs.
Coaches Meeting
There will be no coaches meeting at this tournament.
Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food & Beverage: Rocky Top Sports World will be offering concessions. Outside food is not allowed. Players, Teams or Spectators will not be allowed to bring in outside food.
Tie-Breakers: Tie-Breaking protocols will follow USAV tie-breaking procedure.
Team Entry Fees:
Team Entry fees may be paid online with a credit or debit card or check by mail. For entries received by mail, the date of receipt will be used to determine entry, not the postmark date. . If paying by check, you must sign your team up online AND send a copy of the online registration along with the payment. See the Team Cancellation section for the refund policy. If you have not paid at 60 days, Club Unite reserves the right to drop you from the tournament if non-responsive to requests for payment.
TEAM CANCELLATION
Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the entry fee. Withdrawals made in writing between 45 Days and 30 Days will receive a 50% refund and may receive more than that with proper communication. Any team withdrawing after INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to melanie@clubunitevolleyball.com
