These fundraisers are completely optional and the profits earned will go to offset the players fees. All fundraising credits will be applied to your last fee installment. For example, if your final installment is $400 and you have fundraised a profit of $380, your final invoice would be $20.
We have 4 fundraisers scheduled for this season:
Along with the optional fundraisers each year, Club Unite runs a fundraiser for all players to participate in. We ask each athlete to sell minimum 3 dozen cookies. All funds benefit the club season. Last season we used the funds raised to purchase ball carts, coach teaching tools, net system, new volleyballs, etc. This fundraiser will run November 25-December 6.

IT’S STRAWBERRY TIME!
Many players have had a lot of success in past seasons selling Strawberries by the flat (8 quarts). This is a great fundraiser for late winter/early spring due to the ability to freeze the berries and use them all year long for jams, pies, and desserts.
Last year, we made a switch to a new supplier and had some AMAZING quality strawberries! The strawberries came from farms across Plant City, Florida. Due to the supplier being out of state you will notice an increase in the selling price, this is to cover the delivery fee from Florida to Tennessee and the rise in costs of produce. We are also offering half flats (4 quarts), if you have a customer who is interested in a smaller amount.
The delivery date is set for the end of Feb/beginning of March. I wish I could give an exact date at this time, but the supplier will base our delivery on the number of flats that are sold and the size truck that is needed to deliver. Due to the temperature element, the berries are time sensitive and will need to be picked up promptly and delivered within 4 hours of their arrival. I will be updating you as the order is placed as to when the delivery will be. Please be patient and understanding as this is necessary to receive the highest quality of berries.
Start taking orders NOW! This fundraiser will run through February 17th. I will collect order forms and money on February 17th at Friendship Baptist Church from 7-8 PM. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE MONEY or ORDER FORMS TO SHANNON, MELANIE, OR YOUR COACH! Please make sure your money is in an envelope labeled with your player name as well as “strawberries.”

Please note that Club Unite WILL NOT accept personal checks from your customers. If you accept a check, ask the customer to make the check out to you, and you (Club Unite Member) may write one check to Club Unite for your entire order or for orders who did not pay you via cash. Cash will also be accepted and is preferred for your items!
