Havoc in the Hangar

Havoc in the Hangar will be conducted in a newly-built facility in Morristown TN (Morristown Landing Recreation and Events Center). This event will give players and coaches an opportunity to enjoy the platform of competition while relaxing at The Landing. On-line score reporting will be kept with a fan-friendly scheduling system. Any concerns, comments or questions may be directed to either of the two Tournament Directors on site. Havoc at the Hangar is a two-day style event, providing players an opportunity to compete in a Gold or Silver Playoff.

2023 Registration will on October 1st, 2022. You must register through ADVANCEDEVENTSYSTEMS - this is a USAV/SRVA sanction event.

Hotel Information: Morristown Landing uses a travel company called Away Teams. This is not a stay to play however is a Stay to Save. Away Teams can assist you with all your hotel needs. Contact Information to be posted soon. 

Admissions Costs: Coming Soon
Tickets may be purchased on-line and will go live MONDAY prior to the event.

Spectators may only purchase a ticket with a team coupon code. This ensures the safety of our event for the athletes. The Coupon Code will be unique to the USAV Team. Club Directors will be sent coupon codes 1 week prior to the event. 

Spectators will receive their QR code via email or text message. Our event staff will ask each spectator for their individual QR code ticket along with their photo ID. Spectators should show their QR code and ID each time they wish to enter the facility. Minors who do not have a photo ID must enter and be accompanied by an adult. 
 

Refund Policy: Submit all ticket refund request to coming soon no later than the night before event by 10pm.  We do apologize in advance however once a ticket is scanned, it is not usable to any other individual or eligible for a refund.  

Coaches & Teams: The Morristown Landing will provide Warm-Up Volleyballs for each court. Teams DO NOT and are asked not to bring their own volleyballs. There will be no coaches meeting prior to the event. 

Coaches Meeting
There will be no coaches meeting at this tournament. 

Artificial Noise
It is not permissible to use whistles, bells, speakers, radios, or airhorns.

Food & Beverage: The Morristown Landing will be offering athlete healthy meal boxes as well as a full food concessions. Outside food is not allowed. Players, Teams or Spectators will not be allowed to bring in outside food and will be asked to leave with it. 

Tie-Breakers: Tie-Breaking protocols will follow USAV tie-breaking procedure.  

Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Team Entry Fees:
Team Entry fees may be paid online with a credit or debit card  or check by mail. For entries received by mail, the date of receipt will be used to determine entry, not the postmark date. . If paying by check, you must sign your team up online AND send a copy of the online registration along with the payment. See the Team Cancellation section for the refund policy. If you have not paid at 60 days, Club Unite reserves the right to drop you from the tournament if non-responsive to requests for payment. 

TEAM CANCELLATION 
Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the entry fee. Withdrawals made in writing between 45 Days and 30 Days will receive a 50% refund and may receive more than that with proper communication. Any team withdrawing after INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to melanie@clubunitevolleyball.com
