Admissions Costs:  
$10 per day

(Children 12 and under are Free)

NO PARKING CHARGES - Parking is Free

Warm-Up Volleyballs: Teams should bring their own warm-up balls. 

Team Check-In
Teams should walk through the team check in / registration room to check in. This will allow tournament & event staff to ensure all teams are in the building. Coaches must bring a copy of their roster (signed by the head coach). 

Coaches Meeting
There will be no coaches mtg.

Artificial Noise
It is not permissible to use whistles, bells, speakers, radios, or airhorns.

Food & Beverage: Rocky Top Sports World will be offering  full food concessions. Outside food is not allowed. Players, Teams or Spectators will not be allowed to bring in outside food and will be asked to leave with it per Rocky Top staff. 

Team Entry Fees:
Team Entry fees may be paid online with a credit or debit card  or check by mail. For entries received by mail, the date of receipt will be used to determine entry, not the postmark date.  If paying by check, you must sign your team up online AND send a copy of the online registration along with the payment. See the Team Cancellation section for the refund policy. If you have not paid at 60 days, Club Unite reserves the right to drop you from the tournament if non-responsive to requests for payment.

TEAM CANCELLATION 
Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the entry fee. Withdrawals made in writing between 45 Days and 30 Days will receive a 50% refund and may receive more than that with proper communication. Any team withdrawing after INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will forfeit its entire entry fee. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to melanie@clubunitevolleyball.com
