13 Erin earned an SAVL 1st place finish in the Gold Championship at the LeConte Center, Pigeon Forge on April 23. The team played well together and had competitive matches during Sundays bracket play defeating two of their opponents in the 3rd set.  The team faced Magnum in the finals and although Unite Erin defeated Magnum in the first set-Magnum came back to defeat Unite 25-10. Kate Priest served 7 straight serves to kick start her team into the 3rd set victory. "It was exciting for the players to play good competition and win. The support from the club was thrilling for the players." 

Club Unite Melanie finished Runner-Up in the 14s Gold Division losing to Upward Stars Jenni in a close 3rd set - whose team went 7-0 throughout the tournament. 14 Melanie finished their season with an outstanding tournament run of 6-1 overall in the SAVL. 

Club Unite 12s came close to garnering another Gold Championship in the SAVL just falling short in the Finals. 12's had a great tournament only dropping their very last match.
